Sicily, Italy

Sicily is the largest island in the Mediterranean Sea and one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world. In the past, this place was known as the cradle of the Mafia and was mentioned a lot in the famous novel The Godfather.

Today, the island is no longer a "mafia mecca" as in previous years but is much more famous for its unspoiled natural landscape and is one of the five largest archaeological sites of UNESCO. Annual, Sicily welcomes about 4.5 million international visitors. An interesting and fortunate thing that nature bestows on Sicily, summer is usually longer than winter, which makes it easy for visitors to explore and travel to Sicily during brilliant summer days. Tourists usually come here from April to October every year.

Referring to Sicily, it is impossible to ignore the image of the Etna volcano erupting. Etna is the most powerful volcano in the world and the symbol of Sicily. Besides, when exploring the island of Sicily, you cannot miss the experience of swimming in Taormina. Taormina is a mountain town which from here you can see the dreamy Isola Bella island and bustling pedestrian streets.
