Kyle Connaughton, one of the country's most successful chefs, and his wife, farmer Katina Connaughton, have opened SingleThread Farm-Restaurant-Inn in the center of downtown Healdsburg, a three-Michelin-starred restaurant with five exquisite guest rooms. SingleThread is a Napa Valley farm, restaurant, and inn that was just named one of the best in the world. Kyle and Katina Connaughton are inspired by Japanese hospitality and cuisine, paying homage to Japan's ryokans, or inns, while serving wine and hyper-local vegetables from the valley.

The restaurant offers an 11-course tasting menu that highlights the seasonal produce from the couple's farm. In the heart of Sonoma Wine Country, SingleThread offers guests a one-of-a-kind hospitality experience. Their 11-course dinner is deserving of its own vacation: SingleThread also has a small five-room inn with a fantastic breakfast prepared by Kyle. SingleThread, too, has a Michelin Green Star for cuisine and sustainability, just like Quince.
