Sky and Space Company
Sky and Space Company is an ASX listed company that plans to create its own global satellite telecommunications network by deploying clusters or miniature "constellations" of satellites called "satellites" into space.
The core business is established in the UK, with research based in Israel. Sky and Space Global Limited is owned by Perth-based organization Sky and Space Global Limited, which was listed on the ASX through a reverse takeover of Burleson Energy in 2016.
In April 2020, Sky and Space Global participates in voluntary management. In February 2021, it changed its name from Sky and Space Global Limited to Sky and Space Company Ltd. Sky and Space Company has successfully designed, manufactured and operated nanosatellites for communications purposes - including links between satellites - using an optimized narrowband network.
Its infrastructure - along with a software suite that enables ground-to-space and space-to-space connections - will support a comprehensive suite of communications solutions including IoT verticals, messaging and calling phone with extensive global coverage on land, sea and air.
