In an intimate and energetic atmosphere, Steak 48 serves the freshest steaks and high-quality fish. They serve the greatest USDA prime steaks, luscious seafood and shellfish, as well as imaginative and classically inspired side dishes and snacks, to suit any personal craving.
They have an on-site butcher shop that is kept at 40 degrees at all times. Hand-cut 28-day wet-aged steaks for grilling in their 1800-degree broiler by their master butchers. The majority of their meat comes from Michigan and Wisconsin farmers, as well as quality Wagyu cattle imported from the Mishima Reserve.
