The flavors of Israel's cultural crossroads are brought to Philadelphia through Zahav. While Israeli cuisine is constantly evolving, the cooking at Zahav is rooted in a long tradition of Israeli hospitality. Every dinner starts with Laffa bread baked in the taboon and served with hummus and salatim; mezze; charcoal-grilled skewers; the Pomegranate Lamb Shoulder; and award-winning desserts. A cold Lemonanna, a cocktail, or a bottle of boutique Israeli wine are available to guests.
Tuesday through Saturday nights, they are accepting reservations for indoor eating. Reservations for the following month begin on the 1st of the month at 11 a.m. (i.e. on November 1st, reservations open for the entire month of December). When not seated at their table, those dining indoors must wear a mask.
Important Notes on Booking:
- Their menu is a prix fixe, five-course tasting menu for $72 per person plus a 20% service charge.
- A $25 per person fee is issued for cancellations less than 24 hours before your reservation.
- Guests will have 2 hours from their reservation time to enjoy their dining experience.
