Founded in 2021 as a result of a cross-border merger between the Italian-American conglomerate Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) and the French PSA Group, Stellantis N.V. is a transnational automotive manufacturing firm. Amsterdam is the location of the company's headquarters. Stellantis was the world's fifth-largest carmaker by 2021, trailing only Toyota, Volkswagen Group, Hyundai Motor Group, and General Motors in terms of worldwide vehicle sales.

The company's stock is primarily traded on the Milan Stock Exchange (Borsa Italiana) and the Paris Stock Exchange (Euronext).
