Sydney Japanese School
Sydney Japanese School (SJS) provides dual instruction through its Japanese and International Sections. The Japanese Section aligns with Japan's national curriculum, while the International Section follows the NSW Board of Studies curriculum. Embracing diversity, students of any background are welcome. SJS educates children from Kindergarten to Year 6 in English and Japanese, integrating the NSW Board of Studies curriculum.
The school offers two curriculums – Japanese and Australian. SJS goes beyond regular education, authorized by Japan's Ministry of Education and approved by New South Wales authorities. They shape students as 'Kakehashi' (bridges), connecting cultures with bilingual skills and understanding. SJS has the field track and soccer oval serve as focal points for cherished events like the annual Sports Day and routine PE sessions.
