Sysmex Corporation, a medical electronics company situated in Kobe, Japan, was formed in 1968. Sysmex is a fully integrated firm that develops and manufactures in vitro diagnostic devices, reagents, and software, as well as offering sales and support services to over 190 countries and territories throughout the world.

They hope to help to fixing the world's medical concerns and establishing a sustainable society by developing breakthrough testing and diagnostic technologies that will increase trust and confidence in healthcare.

Since then, the firm has diversified into haematology diagnostics (often known as blood testing), urinalysis, flow cytometry, cancer detection, veterinary solutions, and, most recently, Covid-19 testing. Sysmex claimed $2.8 billion in yearly sales in 2020, and it presently employs roughly 9,200 people throughout the world.
