Tanjong Batu Beach
Its a nice place for a walk, bike and fish. Tanjong Batu meaning Rock Headland got its name because of its unique rock formations. This beach is extremely important to Brunei since it serves as a defensive dam, a popular tourist destination, and an environmental project for the breeding and preservation of numerous turtle species. Locals can often be seen jogging or riding their bikes along the coast at any time of day. The sounds of the waves, the magnificent scenery around them, and the stunning sunsets leave no one indifferent.
The beach's sandy terrain blends seamlessly with the jungle's thick forests and forest rivers. Aside from outdoor activities, the coast is well-suited for fishing, with local fishermen catching sea bass, squid, and other sea bottom dwellers.
Tanjong Batu Beach lies near the mosque in Muara, a city in Indonesia. Of course, this is a relatively new form of recreation for tourists and locals in Brunei, and all the structures here are man-made rather than natural, but despite this, the beach continues to be a popular spot for the sale of souvenirs, seafood, and soft drinks, as well as an area for the artistic expression of freedom-loving photographers.
