The Boston Stock Exchange (BSE).B is one of the last and oldest regional stock exchanges in the United States. As the name suggests, the exchange was located in the heart of Boston, Massachusetts - historic financial district. The Boston Stock Exchange, founded in 1834, is the third oldest stock exchange in the United States. Boston gas lanterns and red brick streets further enrich the rich heritage of the Boston Stock Exchange.


Notably, NASDAQ purchased the Boston Stock Exchange (BSE) .B in 2007 for $61 million.
