The George Washington University Online High School

The George Washington University Online High School (GWUOHS) is an online high school connected to The George Washington University and K¹², a leading provider of online education for grades K–12 in the U.S. It's meant for intelligent students in grades 8–12 who want a rigid but flexible college prep program. The goal is to prepare students for a life where they can contribute and do it responsibly and respectfully worldwide.

GWUOHS
usually has an extensive and approved curriculum that includes challenging courses like Advanced Placement (AP) for those who want more of a challenge. Using an online learning platform, students can complete their classes, homework, and educational stuff with extra features to make learning more enjoyable.

Teachers with certificates are there to teach, guide, and help students. They talk with students through different online tools. Since the focus is on getting ready for college, GWUOHS might help students with college applications, give advice, and offer resources for higher education.

At GWUOHS, students work with teachers, counselors, and advisers to reach their goals. Apart from classes, students join clubs to share what they like and care about and support each other through online talks and group projects. The school's success shows in how students are challenged daily to do their best and follow the honor code.
