The Kardashian family, commonly known as the Kardashian–Jenners, is an influential American family in the fashion design, business industries, and entertainment. The Kardashian family was established by Robert Kardashian / Kris Jenner and included their children Rob, Khloe, Kim, and Kourtney Kardashian, along with their grandkids.
After Kris and Robert's 1991 divorce, Kris wedded Caitlyn Jenner and had two kids with her: Kylie and Kendall Jenner. Brandon and Brody Jenne - Kendall and Kylie's half-brothers from Caitlyn and her engagement to actress Linda Thompson - are notably extended relatives.
Scott Disick, an American entrepreneur, was Kourtney's ex-boyfriend; they had three children together. She wedded Travis Barker in 2022 and has 4 kids with him. Meanwhile, Khloé dated Canadian basketball star Tristan Thompson, both of whom have one kid together. Rob dated the American model and rapper Blac Chyna in the past, having one kid together. And also, Kylie has two children with the American rapper and musician Travis Scott, with whom she is in a serious relationship.
Robert Kardashian first gained his notoriety as one of O. Simpson's attorneys during the O. Simpson murder trial. However, the family's fame truly came after they turned Kim's 2002 sex video with musician Ray J into a reality show and commercial empire.
Since then, they have been called "America's most well-known family" by Glamour, "one of the most prominent family 'aristocracies' on the planet" by Insider, and "the most influential people of the 2010s" by Vogue. They are also the theme of Ian Halperin's study, "Kardashian Dynasty: The Bizarre Rise of the USA's Royal Family."
