This Koreatown hotel in Los Angeles gets an A-plus for its stylish guest suites. Custom furniture, local artwork, and floor to ceiling windows with spectacular views of downtown Los Angeles are all surrounded by exposed cement walls. The lodgings here also provide tech-friendly amenities including flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and iPod docking stations. The modern, minimalist style extends to the on-site restaurants, including Commissary, a restaurant housed inside a working greenhouse, as well as the outdoor pool deck.

Local design store POKETO and well-liked nightclub BREAKROOM 86 are on-site options for entertainment. Recent visitors, however, have complained that the ultra-modern atmosphere didn't suit them and that the ordinary rooms are too small for the price. Visitors yet claim that this place is unrivaled.
