The Sanctuary at Kiawah Island Golf

Kiawah Island is known for its exclusivity and laid-back vibe, in South Carolina's Lowcountry. The Ryder Cup Golf Match between the United States and Europe, which has grown into one of the world's largest sporting events, was held at the golf hotel in 1991, and it helped put it on the map.

The Ocean Course is frequently referred to as America's most difficult course, but if you're not up for the challenge, there are four other options.
