The University of Texas at Austin

The University of Texas at Austin was formerly known as the University of Texas. This is one of the best engineering colleges in the United States. Founded in 1981, on September 15, 1883, the university was renamed "The University of Texas at Austin".

The main motto the university operates is "Advanced spirit is the genius defender of democracy". With more than 50,000 alumni and undergraduate students and more than 24,000 former and current faculty and staff enrolled, the institution is the seventh largest single-campus enrollment system in the United States.
