Our Thule EasyFold XT 2 can store two bikes weighing up to 65 pounds apiece, and it has a folding ramp that allows you to roll bicycles onto them rather than lift them. It is lighter than comparable heavy-duty racks and compresses to the size of a big airline carry-on bag when removed from the vehicle. Additionally, the EasyFold is simple to install and fasten to the car, and the cable locks secure bicycles to the rack.

However, the EasyFold secures bikes to the frame rather than the wheels - which some riders dislike - and the clamps may be a bit tricky to operate.
