TWICE
TWICE is a nine-member girl group under JYP Entertainment. They were formed through the competition reality show SIXTEEN, and on October 20, 2015, they made their official debut with the release of the mini album "The Story Begins".
On October 7, 2015, JYP launched the group's official website and posted on social media that e group would debut with the mini album The Story Begins with "Like Ooh-Ahh" as the title track. Within five months of their debut, the title track's music video had 50 million views, making it the most-watched debut music video for a K-pop group. Later, one of the first K-pop groups to have their debut music video surpass 100 million views. TWICE became well-known in 2016 because of the success of their single "Cheer Up", which peaked at #1 on the Gaon Digital Chart and was the year's best-performing single.
