Uncle Chipps is a popular brand of potato chips in India that has been in the market since 1992. It was originally owned by Amrit Agro Ltd. but was acquired by Frito Lay, a subsidiary of PepsiCo, in 2000.


The brand is known for its catchy tagline “Bole mere lips, I love Uncle Chipps” (My lips say, I love Uncle Chipps), which was composed by noted music director Shantanu Moitra. Uncle Chipps offers a variety of flavours, such as spicy treats, pudina, and plain salted.
