Unilever

Unilever is a multinational consumer goods company headquartered in London, England, known as the world's largest soap maker. It was created in 1929 by the merger of Lever Brothers, a British soap maker, and Margarine Uni, a Dutch margarine maker. Laundry soap was a major contributor to the company's growth in the mid-1960s.

In March 2020, Unilever announced donations of over €100 million to food, bleach, hand sanitizer and soap to fight the COVID-19 pandemic. Also in April 2020, Unilever Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) began manufacturing aerosol-based hand deodorants at their existing deodorant manufacturing facilities.
