Université Chrétienne du Nord d'Haiti (North Haiti Christian University) was founded in 1947 and is a non-profit private higher-education school located in the rural setting of Limbé (population range of 10,000-49,999 residents), in the North Department of Haiti. Université Chrétienne du Nord d'Hati (UCNH) is a very small (uniRank enrollment range: 500-999 students) coeducational Haitian higher education institution formally affiliated with the Christian-Protestant religion. It is officially recognized by the Ministère de l'Éducation Nationale et de la Formation Professionnelle, Haiti (Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training of Haiti).
The Université Chrétienne du Nord d'Hati (UCNH) provides a variety of courses and programs leading to legally recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor's and master's degrees in a variety of fields. This 73-year-old Haitian university has a stringent admission procedure based on entrance exams. This Haitian higher education school is somewhat selective, with acceptance rates ranging from 70 to 80 percent. Applicants from all over the world are welcome to apply. Students have access to a library, dormitories, sports facilities, financial aid and/or scholarships, study abroad and exchange programs, as well as administrative services at UCNH.
