Venus And Mars (2007)

Venus and Mars is a 2007 South Korean romantic comedy film. It was directed by Han Ji-seung and stars Sol Kyung-gu and Kim Tae-hee. Venus and Mars were released in South Korea on 12 December 2007, and on its opening weekend was ranked fourth at the box office with 164,750 admissions. Kim Tee Hee's name makes the number go up and the film went on to receive a total of 382,422 admissions nationwide, and as of 27 January, 2008 had grossed a total of $2,316,750. That's an admirable number for filmmakers.

The story follows a couple, Jin Ah (Kim Tae Hee) and Sang Min (Sol Kyung Gu), who, despite their personality differences, fall in love and decide to marry. However, the soul-mate relationship did not survive long because they were often at odds. Jin Ah becomes a hot-tempered wife who constantly prefers to use violence to resolve her issues, in contrast to her past love vows. They agreed to divorce because they couldn't stand each other anymore, but the uncompromising war between the two sides did not end there.
