Victory Academy uses Milady for all program curriculums, as well as being an NCEA-certified training facility. Victory Academy understands the importance of practical experience in the cosmetology field. To facilitate this, the program incorporates an extensive internship or externship component. Conditions for Enrollment:
- Before the intended start date of the class, the applicant must be at least 16 years old.
- The applicant needs to have obtained a G.E.D. or a high school diploma after completing secondary education.
- An enrollment application must be filled out and submitted by the applicant.
- The necessary one hundred dollars ($100.00) nonrefundable application fee must be paid by the applicant.
- Visit the campus and have a face-to-face interview with an admissions officer.
