Visiting Copper Falls State Park
Copper Falls State Park is one of the best things to do in Wisconsin. The Badger State is well-known for many things, including its dairy products and cheese, but it also has a lot of beautiful natural scenery. Due to the abundance of beautiful waterfalls there, it is particularly well-liked by hikers and outdoor enthusiasts. While many are easily accessible to significant urban centers, some of the most beautiful is situated in rather rural areas.
Copper Falls State Park is one of the most well-liked waterfall sites in Wisconsin. In fact, there are three waterfalls in this lovely park, which is only a short drive north of the tiny town of Mellen. The Waterfall Trail connects two of the most popular waterfalls—Copper Falls itself and Brownstone Falls in the park's northern section—and is a short journey that is ideal for even infrequent hikers. At the southernmost point of the park, Red Granite Falls, the third waterfall, is well worth visiting. 17 miles of hiking trails may be found within Copper Falls State Park for those looking to make a full day of it.
