Many businesses will be happy with the free plan, especially if conferencing is primarily used for internal communications. It's extremely safe and has a surprising number of features for a freemium product. If you want a little bit more than the freemium plan has to offer, the Webex Meet Plan is a great option. You'll be able to record and save meetings to the cloud, broadcast live on Facebook, and host a full Q&A session with a panel of speakers. If you're looking for new conference calling software, Webex is worth considering. The free plan competes with everything else they've recommended, and the product just gets better from there.
