Low-cost carrier West Airlines Co. Ltd. is situated in the New North Zone of Chongqing, China. Its hub is Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport, and it offers scheduled passenger service to local and international destinations. The organization was founded by its parent business, Hainan Airlines, in March 2006, and its first scheduled service began on July 14, 2010.
The airline is one of the U-FLY Alliance's original four members. South Korea and Myanmar are the only two markets outside of China that West Air serves with its 36 destinations. West Air's first international flight between Chongqing and Singapore took off on February 4 of this year.
