Wolf & Shepherd
Wold & Shepherd, a young upstart in the dress shoe industry, aims to transform the way you think about dress shoes. Decathlete Justin Schneider created the company in 2014 in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. Schneider began experimenting with sports footwear technologies in order to modernize notoriously unpleasant dress shoes. Since then, the brand has relocated to California and continues to impress menswear enthusiasts all over the world.
Wolf & Shepherd shoes are influenced by running shoes rather than standard shoe manufacturing. They have abrasion-resistant linings, sheepskin-lined memory foam footbeds, high-density and high-TPU soles, and thermal rubber outsoles, among other features.
Furthermore, their uppers are made of full-grain Italian leather that has been hand-finished and treated to increase softness and durability. Wolf & Shepherd sneakers are, despite the hype, quite comfy. Furthermore, they do not just function for a short length of time, but if you walk for hours in dress shoes, your feet will not suffer in any way.
