  1. The white sand beach Nioumachoua is located in the Comoro Islands' southernmost region. It is a popular tourist destination for all ages. The turquoise Indian Ocean is welcoming, with warm water and gentle waves. Divers can enjoy coral reef diving, fishing, sea boat cruises, and tropical forest tours, among other activities. You may observe whales here, as well as endlessly feast your eyes on the local environment and fascinatingly brilliant sunsets.

There are numerous activities available at the Nioumachoua beach such as:

    • Bicycle rentals
    • Boat tours
    • Canoeing
    • Snorkeling
    • Scuba diving
    • Volleyball

Travelers can fly from Grande Comore Island to Mohéli and take a taxi to Nioumachoua beach. Boat options are also feasible, but they are more difficult and should be avoided if possible because the Indian ocean can be turbulent at times and boat safaris can take a long time.

  2. Chindini Beach is located in a small colorful town on Grand Comoro Island's southern coast. It boasts beautiful scenery and pleasant locals.

The central swimming area features shallow water and a smooth entry, and adults and children play beach activities on soft sand with a ball. A little further on, you can find a secluded spot to relax and listen to the sounds of the rolling ocean waves crashing against the coastal stones.

Chindini Beach is bordered by cliffs, palm trees, white sand, and stunning rocky outcroppings. This beach is popular among locals, thus it could be an excellent opportunity to learn more about its culture and history. Several anglers will return at the end of the day with their catch of the day. Arranging a sea trip on a boat to see whales and dolphins is also a fantastic idea.

  3. Chomoni is a little white sand beach on the Comoro Islands, located east of Great Comoro island. It is approximately 500 meters long. It is well-known for its turquoise sea and palm trees that grow straight on the shore. The contrast of colors in this beach will captivate you, because the blue of the ocean, mixed with the greens of all the vegetation that surrounds it, and the white of its sand, create a soothing and serene mood. There are some rocks along the route, but it is unquestionably a beach worth seeing.

Chomoni Beach provides excellent snorkeling and plenty of leisure. Swim or bring snorkeling equipment to explore the warm waters and diverse marine life, then relax on the beach and stare at the volcanic rocks strewn across the little harbor. Consider an overnight stay in one of the rustic cottages near to the water and a feast of fresh lobsters and seafood collected and prepared by the locals.

  4. Top 4

    Bouni

Bouni's sand beach is located on the east coast of the Comoro Islands. This beach appears to be stuck within a jungle due to the amount of foliage surrounding it, which gives it a distinctly unique feel. The huge beach with white sand and palm trees running down the coast is a true paradise. The distance between this location and the capital of the Comoro Islands, Moroni, is around 46 kilometers, yet the beach nature is virgin and pure; the greatest amount of sun, sand, and delicate waves of the Indian Ocean, and uncommon people around.

It will also be pleasant and safe for children to rest here - slightly slope sea entry, sand bottom, and slumberous, warm waves. Volleyball and football are prominent forms of active recreation. Bouni becomes more popular on weekends due to entertainment music programs. It offers small beach bars as well as facilities for sports like volleyball.
