Shikamaru Nara is a shinobi from the Nara clan of Konohagakure in the Naruto series. Shikamaru is naturally lethargic but possesses a remarkable intellect that frequently gives him the upper hand in battle. He is usually irritated by the burdens that these achievements impose on him.

But he happily accepts them to serve his fellow Team Asuma members and to demonstrate his worth to both prior and current generations. When Naruto became the Seventh Hokage as an adult, he was his primary aide. When Naruto vanished and was thought to have been slain, he took over as the Eighth Hokage.

Shikamaru Nara is definitely one of the best tacticians in the Naruto series, according to every fan. Sōsuke Aizen served as the 5th Division's previous captain for the Gotei 13. Later, he departs Soul Society alongside Gin Ichimaru and Kaname Tsen, two of his supporters. The man's aide was Momo Hinamori. He formerly held the position of lieutenant for Shinji Hirako's Fifth Division.

Aizen attacked Soul Society with an army of Arrancar. However, he was finally defeated by Ichigo Kurosaki, sealed away by Kisuke Urahara, and imprisoned for his crimes. He is also one of the greatest anime strategists of all time.

Aizen prepared an attack on the Soul Society and used both Hollow and Shinigami to acquire the supremacy he believed was his right. Aizen possesses unimaginable experience and unmatched strategic and controlling skills. He is also extremely strong and immortal.

Without even lifting a finger, Sosuke Aizen caused chaos and divided everyone. Because of his plot-breaking omniscience, fans are persuaded that Aizen is a scary mastermind who can read people like a book.

By the time he escapes Muken, he has returned to his former laid-back attitude. Armin Arlert, who held the position before Hange Zo's passing, is the fifteenth and current commander of the Survey Corps. He might not be the strongest of the 104th Training Corps soldiers, but his intelligence and strategic acumen make him a priceless asset, especially when paired with Hange. He acquired Bertolt Hoover's control of the Titans after the Shiganshina District conflict and gained ownership of the Colossus Titan.

Given his tactical abilities, Armin quickly identified Annie as the mole and saved his teammates. He has created techniques on his own that have made it simple for the forces of Paradise to defeat their opponents and win battles.

Lelouch, one of the greatest anime strategists of all time, is a very strategic and cold warrior. If necessary to accomplish the goal, he is willing to sacrifice both military and civilians. Lelouch's excellent intelligence and strategic thinking allowed him to guide his squad and grow into one of the series' strongest anti-Britania lesions. He made his group a United Federation of Nations military division.

Sora is the primary male protagonist and the trickier and more intelligent half of the brothers in the No Game No Life series. Sora is a gifted NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) hikikomori (shut-in) gamer abandoned by his parents.

Hikikomori by nature, Sora likes to hang out with his step-sister Shiro, the other half of Blank, inside. Sora excels at diplomacy and negotiation, which help him in his gaming ventures. He and Shiro, his stepsister, make up the group Blank.

Despite being a NEET and a recluse, Sora is incredibly extroverted, self-assured, and virulent. He isn't scared to play with people in person, even when they lie or cheat. He refers to his prodigious capacity for deceit as a "negotiation and diplomacy skill" and is quite cunning.

Shiro's playing style is based on calculations and logic, unlike Sora's, which is based on emotions, perceptions, inferences, behavior, language, tactics, and human logic. He can be very arrogant and speak to his opponents in an insulting way when he plays against them, especially after developing a winning plan.

Being incredibly intelligent, Sora and Shiro frequently complement one another's strengths in the No Game No Life series. As the King and Queen of the Commonwealth of Elkia, Shiro, and Sora further show their power of strategy. Shiro and Sora are master strategists, devising plans to counter every adversary that tries to strike Elkia.

L. Lawliet was excellent. He is one of the best detectives in all of anime and one of the best anime strategists. He is unequaled in his ability to use scant evidence to solve extraordinarily difficult and mysterious murders. The Japanese government hired him to discover Kira's real identity and bring him to justice. As a result, L surprisingly turned into the series' main antagonist and threat to Light Yagami.

Although L. Lawliet is very smart, his messy appearance and casual attitude hide his powerful logical skills, which causes many people to question his IQ. L is incredibly thorough and analytical and has a tendency to question anything that is said to him. He is talented at tricking his adversaries and will do anything to win a case.

L's capacity for planning and data analysis allowed him to follow Light after he passed away, even though he died before the series finale. L was able to trick Light into believing he had hope when he died. That enabled Near to discover Kira's true identity and launch a pursuit for Light.

The Debauchery Tea Party was created as an opportunity for the strongest players to team up and take on some of the hardest opponents and chambers in the game. Even for the finest players, many of these bosses would have been impossible to defeat without Shiroe.

Even after the Debauchery Tea Party broke up, Shiroe kept using different raid teams to show off his tactical prowess. He led and planned for three primary teams: the Shibuya Raid Team, the Abyssal Shaft Raid Party, and the Round Table Alliance Expeditionary Force. He discovered the truth about how players were locked in the Elder Tale game by killing a number of bosses.

Professional shogi player Touji Souya holds the rank of Meijin. Only five middle schoolers in the history of shogi have gone pro, making him the youngest Meijin ever. He seems incredibly young because his appearance hasn't changed much since he was a teenager.

He has been compared to a god in shogi, but he can be a little forgetful. It was discovered that he suffered from an unidentified occasional hearing loss after his about with Kiriyama.

A significant character in March Comes In Like A Lion season 2 is Touji Souya. In contrast to the other characters in the list above, he is an expert at board games, particularly Shogi. The most intelligent child at Grace Field House Plant 3 is Norman, who consistently achieves flawless results on the daily tests. He enjoys using what he learns in everyday activities, even in a straightforward game of tag. He is renowned for being tactical, analytical, sensible, and endowed with logical reasoning abilities. He is a strategic thinker who can foresee the whole issue and plan for it in advance. In addition, Norman has a strong sense of determination and doesn't allow others to influence his decisions.

Nine was one of the story's two original protagonists in anime series Terror in Resonance. He is one of the two brains behind Sphinx, an unidentified terrorist organization, along with his boyhood companion Twelve. He is also one of the greatest anime strategists of all time with excellent tactical prowess. He is a cool-headed youngster. His identity and motivations are shrouded in secrecy.

The two frequently rebelled against Rising Peace Academy throughout the series to thwart their self-serving objectives. Nine was clever enough to outwit the academy's researchers, allowing him and Twelve to flee and ultimately bring the facility down.

Despite the fact that Nine is more often cautious and carefully, Twelve continually plays practical jokes and is much more outgoing. As the leader of Sphinx, Nine spends a significant portion of the series developing plans for their organization to implement. Because of Nine's brilliance, the two were able escape authorities for years before the Rising Peace Academy started looking for them. This led to the pair's untimely demise by compelling them to ultimately expose themselves at the end of the series.

Nine is cold, distant, and stoic. He has a talent for coming up with clever criminal plots. He also skillfully hides his tracks using his superior computing and hacking abilities. He was reared with Twelve, who he was most close to, and Five in a children's institution. He had the horrible experience of leaving Five behind as he couldn't save her. He has experienced recurrent nightmares about the incident ever since.
