Anton Schelhase

Anton has worked as a lawyer in South Africa and the UK. In South Africa, he initially specialized in labor law, but more recently focused on commercial and corporate matters dealing with both trade affairs and corporate/contract disputes. Anton has extensive experience in M&A in South Africa, advising on corporate governance issues and resolving corporate law disputes. In the UK, he has involved in large-scale M&A activities, mainly in several jurisdictions. After returning to South Africa and breaking the law, he was appointed Road Transport Manager at Grindrod Logistics, which operates more than 200 professional car transport companies and has operations throughout South Africa.
