Sally Hutton

Sally is Webber Wetzel's managing partner, specializing in commercial, financial and private equity law. She was voted South Africa's Best Attorney in 2018 and even won Private Equity Attorney of the Year in 2010 and 2018. South African Professional Services Award.
Sally is a private equity investor and advises on all aspects of M&A transactions (both public and private) for private equity, including structuring advisory, consortium and shareholder agreements, executive engagement mechanisms, and black economic empowerment structures (BEEs), funding and reorganization mechanisms. For the past 20 years, she has been involved in the largest private equity transaction in South Africa.
