Apolima
Apolima is the next name on the list of the most beautiful islands in Samoa that Toplist has compiled for you. Apolima is the tiniest of Samoa's four inhabited islands. This island is a five-kilometer-wide island in the Apolima Strait between the two main islands of Upolu and Savai'i that is home to 100 Samoans. Apolima-Uta, the island's only village, is made up of a small group of fales and one church and is located beyond the island's main beach, where your boat will dock.
The people of Apolima live completely self-sufficiently, as one might expect from a small island formed from an inactive volcanic crater, providing visitors with an authentic glimpse of the traditional Samoan way of life as it has existed for centuries. A steady walk up to the Apolima lighthouse will allow you to appreciate the tiny island's unique volcanic topography. Day trips to Apolima Island can be arranged through resorts, locals, or information centers from Samoa's two main islands or Manono Island.
