Atlantika Mountains

This is an extension of the volcanic mountains' vault line that runs across the border between Nigeria and Cameroon. Atlantika Mountains is located in Yola, Adamawa's capital state, and southwest of the Mandra mountains in Cameroon.

The mountain is located in Cameroon, north of the Adamawa Plateau and west of the Farrow National Park. It rises to a height of 1,300 meters above the Faroe river and contains volcanic belts, the majority of which are dormant.

The Koma people fled to the Atlantika Mountains in the mid-nineteenth century to avoid paying taxes to the colonial government; they were not discovered until 1980, when an Indian school teacher discovered them.
