Chappal Waddi

The highest point in Nigeria is located on this mountain, which stands at 2,419 meters. Chappal Waldi is located in Taraba state, near the Cameroonian border. It is located on the Manbilla plateau in the Gashaka Gumti forest reserve and the Gashaka Gumti national park.


To be more specific, this magnificent work of nature is located on the Mambilla Plateau in the Gashaka Gumti Forest and Gashaka-Gumti Forest Reserve.


After Mount Cameroun and Emi Koussi, Chappal Waldi is widely regarded as the highest peak in Sub-Saharan West Africa. The mountain is approximately 7,936 feet (2,419 meters) tall. Gangirwal, also known as The Mountain of Death, is a well-known name for this mountain. The majestic mountain's height isn't the only thing that distinguishes it.
