Avon Products, Inc., also known as simply Avon, is an international cosmetics, skin care, fragrance, and personal care corporation with headquarters in London that was founded by Americans and Britons. It offers direct sales to customers. In 2020, Avon will generate $9.1 billion in global sales annually.

It is the second-largest direct-selling corporation in the world with 6.4 million representatives and the fourteenth-largest beauty company overall (after Amway). Angela Cretu, who was chosen for the post in January 2020, is the company's CEO.

The international corporation Natura & Co. announced its intention to purchase Avon in May 2019; the transaction was completed in January 2020. Following the merger, former Avon shareholders owned 27% and existing Natura shareholders owned 73% of the combined business, Natura Holding S.A. After the transaction, Avon's common stock was delisted from the New York Stock Exchange, and it became a privately held firm.
