Black Clover

One of the best animes by Pierrot Studio, "Black Clover" is a story about Asta and Yuno, who share a common origin: they were abandoned at the same church on the very same day. Growing up under the same roof, they nurtured the dream of becoming the "Wizard King," the most powerful mage in the kingdom. As a result, they made a pact to compete against each other for this prestigious title.

However, as the years passed, a striking difference between them became evident. Yuno exhibited remarkable magical aptitude, wielding spells with precision and potency. In contrast, Asta found himself incapable of using magic, determined to compensate for this limitation through relentless physical training.

Upon reaching the age of 15, Yuno is bestowed with a magnificent Grimoire featuring a rare four-leaf clover insignia, signifying his prodigious magical talents. On the other hand, Asta's momentous ceremony results in nothing but disappointment, leaving him Grimoire-less. Their paths diverge as Yuno becomes the target of a sinister figure named Lebuty, who seeks to claim Yuno's prized Grimoire.

When Asta valiantly confronts Lebuty, he faces a grievous disadvantage; however, on the brink of despair, he finds an unexpected wellspring of strength in the sound of Yuno's unwavering encouragement.

Overwhelmed by emotion and determined to protect his friend, Asta unleashes an incredible power, earning a rare five-leaf clover Grimoire - a "Black Clover" - that empowers him to defeat Lebuty. In the days that follow, the two friends set forth on a shared journey, both resolutely pursuing their cherished aspiration: to become the esteemed Wizard King.
