Yu Yu Hakusho: Ghost Files

One life-altering day, the path of Yuusuke Urameshi, a 14-year-old troublemaker with a bleak future in "Yu Yu Hakusho," takes an unexpected turn when he makes a life-saving sacrifice by jumping in front of a speeding car to rescue a young boy. His extraordinary act is so uncharacteristic that the authorities of the spirit realm are unprepared to let him pass on just yet.

Koenma, the successor to the throne of the spirit realm, extends an offer to Yuusuke - an opportunity to reclaim his life in exchange for completing a series of challenging tasks. Assisted by Botan, a death god, Yuusuke is tasked with thwarting malevolent forces on Earth, bearing the title of Spirit Detective.

To aid him on this mission, Yuusuke recruits his former rival, Kazuma Kuwabara, as well as two demons with their own checkered pasts, Hiei and Kurama. Together, they undergo rigorous training and engage in battles against adversaries in "Yu Yu Hakusho," who pose significant threats to the existence of humanity.
