Breyers

In 1866, William A. Breyer began to produce and sell iced cream in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, first from his home, and later via horse and wagon on the streets. Breyer's son Henry incorporated the business in 1908. The formerly independent Breyers Ice Cream Company was sold to the National Dairy Products Corporation in 1926. National Dairy then changed its name to Kraftco in 1968, and Kraft by 1975. Kraft sold its ice cream brands to Unilever in 1993, while retaining the rights to the name for yogurt products.

A few of their products are Breyers delights, Breyers Gelato Indulgences, Non-GMO ice cream, Breyers Vanilla, Non-diary, etc. They produce non-dairy products that are made out of real almond milk. Breyers ice cream always starts with high-quality ingredients. Breyers partners with American farmers for 100% Grade A milk and cream that comes from cows not treated with artificial growth hormones. Breyers combines top-quality ingredients with naturally sourced colors and flavors for wholesome goodness. This combination is how they create flavors you know and love, like the smooth, subtle taste of Breyers Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream, created with natural mint oil.

The color and sweet fruit flavor of Breyers Natural Strawberry ice cream are created with naturally sourced sun-ripened berries. Being in ice cream production for many years and due to the various yummy products available, Breyers is considered one of the top ice cream brands in the world.
