Magnum

Magnum is a Belgian brand of ice cream and the company's namesake, originally developed and produced by Frisko in Aarhus, Denmark. It is sold as part of the Heartbrand line of products, a division of Unilever in most countries, and is available in sticks, tubs, and bites. In Greece, the Magnum brand name has been owned by Nestlé since 2005-2006 following the acquisition of Delta Ice Cream, so the Unilever ice cream uses the name Magic.

Magnum’s Classic ice cream is stick-based ice cream made up of a thick cracked layer with Belgian chocolate. It covers vanilla ice cream that is smooth and creamy. Magnum’s Almond ice cream contains delicious almonds inside the classic ice cream. Magnum also produces new Brownie flavor ice cream wherein a creamy brownie is coated in thick cracked Belgian chocolate and cashew nut pieces.

Magnum ice cream bars that are dipped in Belgian chocolate have produced about 2.54 billion dollar sales in the previous years. Unilever has extended its distribution to the US, China, and India. Due to the presence of Belgian chocolate covered in vanilla ice cream, the Magnum brand has become popular for its taste and is considered the top ice cream brand in the world.

In 2008, Magnum brought out new variants in the UK—Mayan Mystica, a chocolate ice cream Magnum blended with cinnamon, nutmeg, and honey flavors; and Magnum Minis available in a variety of flavors. In 2020, Magnum brought new variants Rose Ruby and Salted Caramel. These are produced in a tub with a crackable outside chocolate layer
