Cambridge English
Cambridge English is a popular resource for students preparing for the Cambridge English proficiency exam or simply learning English in general. There are over 175 online tasks for reading, writing, listening, speaking, grammar, and vocabulary on the website. These tasks take between 5 and 10 minutes to complete. Whilst there isn't much explanation for each task, concentrated practice allows you to concentrate on a certain ability for a short period of time if you're having a busy day! Every activity on the Cambridge English website has a theme and a level, so you may select one that fits your learning objectives. Travel, sports, food, and hobbies are among the topics covered. There are three levels: basic (beginning), independent (intermediate), and proficient (advanced).
While the exercises are geared at English exams, they are also instructive and will provide you with a solid foundation in English, especially if you are a beginner. In addition to the activities, Cambridge English provides writing prompts, an online English dictionary, and a Virtually Anywhere audio course. Cambridge English Qualifications and the International English Language Testing System are developed and produced by Cambridge Assessment English (IELTS). The organization helped to design the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), the global standard for assessing language skills, and its certifications and examinations are aligned with CEFR levels.
