Chiling Waterfalls
Chiling Waterfall is located in the Selangor State Fisheries Department's fisheries research project, Sungai Chiling Fish Sanctuary. The stunning waterfall is well-known for swimming and daring forest treks.
The Chilling Waterfall, which is about an hour's drive from Kuala Lumpur, is actually made up of three distinct waterfalls, and the typical hike takes you to the lower, main falls. The upper fall is a peaceful area that's great for a picnic with the family.
Starting directly from the Sanctuary Admin Office at the entry, the challenging 2-kilometer riverside hike to Chiling Waterfall can be started. Six river crossings are required during the hike. You'll have to wade through the river at several parts of the walk in order to cross it. You'll need around an hour to go to the waterfall overall.
The Chiling Falls are among Selangor's most stunning waterfalls. After an exciting journey along the river, which must be crossed numerous times, they may be reached. Take the road from Kuala Kubu Baru to the Gap to get to the trailhead. You cross the bridge across the Chiling River after passing the Selangor Dam. You can park your automobile right after this bridge. The Fisheries department-maintained campsite and a few buildings are soon to be found on an open area next to the river.
