Langanan Waterfall
The Langanan Waterfall, with a 120-meter plunge, is regarded as Sabah's largest waterfall. It takes two to three hours to get from Kota Kinabalu to Poring Hot Springs, where there is a breathtaking waterfall. It is one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Malaysia.
You'll need to spend at least four hours through the lush forest to get a closer look at this waterfall, so be sure to pack plenty of water and some tasty snacks. Enter the canopy walkway from the visitor center. There is a trail nearby that leads to Kipungit Waterfall, another waterfall that is frequented by families with young children.
You have the option to visit this waterfall, go inside the nearby bat cave, or head right for the major draw. You'll come across another river stream after about three kilometers of hiking, and in just another thirty minutes, you'll arrive at another little waterfall with a pool ideal for a quick dip and a spot for a leisurely picnic. Allow yourself to relax for a while before continuing your journey till you reach the magnificent Langanan Waterfall.
