There were Japanese craftsmen who dedicated themselves to making top-quality lighters called Im Corona. The will has been passed on to the next generation with accumulated technology. Several manufacturers, dating back to 1910 and 1921, adopted their common brand as "corona" as a precursor to "IM Corona".

In 1954, one of the factories belonging to the halo community - named ISHIMITSU KINZOKU KOGYO, was certified from JIS (Japan Industrial Standard) due to its certain quality, which was the first time in the industry light industry in Japan.
