Over the past 35 years, DJEEP has developed and perfected its manufacturing processes to meet or exceed standards established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the American Society for Testing and Materials. (ASTM), the American Consumer Product Safety Association (CPSA), and other government agencies.

DJEEP's assembly process is tailor-made to create top-quality lighters. For example, DJEEP uses sophisticated camera equipment to accurately measure flame suitability. Each finished lighter is tested by lighting and extinguishing to ensure DJEEP's pre-shipment quality standards.

Consumer safety is DJEEP's top priority. For that reason, DJEEP has developed its own controls to pass ISO 9994, the largest safety standard for lighters in the world.

• EN ISO 13869

Childproof standard ISO 13869: DJEEP perfectly controls the production of childproof lighters in countries where regulations require this type of security (European Union, Canada, USA...)
