Côté Jardin Restaurant
With a menu designed by chef Christophe Dufossé, the Château de Beaulieu's bistronomic restaurant delivers food that captures the zeitgeist. The location is beautiful, and the food is excellent — veal chump end with sauce, roasted celeriac, and spinach salad simmered for 36 hours. In the summer, barbecued foods are popular, but in the winter, slow-cooked delicacies are preferred. The Château de Beaulieu brasserie, hidden away in a welcoming and pastoral setting, presents a modern comfort design. This table, placed up in the estate grounds like a green and living heart, has been fashioned as a true garden of delights, exhibiting a seasonal and market cuisine.
On nice days, a summer kitchen allows all guests to have lunch outside while sampling fresh and savory summer cuisine cooked "à la minute" by a team of chefs on the terrace. On the menu, there are five appetizers, two meats, two fish, and a vegetable dish (with the option of grilling some of the meals) as well as five desserts. Add to that a lovely selection of organic and natural wines that will satisfy even the most discerning palates.
