Customer Service Foundation

Customer service representatives need to learn a lot more about the numerous methods of providing services to clients. It's no longer enough to know the fundamentals. Because of the numerous changes in customer expectations and service delivery, the course is an entirely new set of credentials and certificates. The Customer Service Foundation Program, Customer Service Intermediate Program, and Customer Service Expert Program are the three primary elements of the Customer Certification Pathway. The Customer Service Expert program is the next and last level. This course is designed for Customer Service Supervisors and Managers who want to expand their knowledge and expertise while also gaining formal acknowledgment for their abilities. This curriculum is broken down into two parts: three obligatory exercises and a 20-question multiple-choice assessment. This program is worth a total of five points.
