Dachstein Skywalk
In Salzburg, Austria, the Dachstein Skywalk Glass Bridge is located. This glass bridge, which opened in July 2013, is one of four tourist attractions at the Dachstein Glacier, which is also a UNESCO world heritage site. The Dachstein Glass Bridge offers one of the most breathtaking views in the world, stretching all the way to the Czech Republic and Slovenia.
The Dachstein Sky Walk is a circular walkway that brings you over Austria's largest suspension bridge. You may also take a photo on the stairway to nowhere and visit the Ice Palace, appreciating wonderfully created ice figures such as the crystal cathedral, throne room, and polar bear.
The Dachstein Sky Walk is undoubtedly one of Austria's coolest and most unique tourist sites, so make sure to include it on your bucket list when visiting the country. And don't worry; it's not really frightening, so fear isn't a legitimate reason to skip it.
