Dasani
Dasani, another well-known bottled water brand owned by the Coca-Cola business, was created in 1999. The brand distinguishes itself from Aquafina by claiming that its water is "enhanced with minerals for a pure, fresh taste."
Dasani is derived from municipal tap water supplies, which are subsequently purified in bottled water plants before being bottled. Dasani obtains its water from California, Minnesota, Arizona, Colorado, and Michigan. Dasani also bottles abroad, in places like Kent, England, and Malaysia.
The water, which is also collected from municipal taps, is infused with trace amounts of minerals after filtration to create a distinct flavor. Dasani, like Aquafina, provides both flavored and unflavored water, as well as a variety of marketing products bearing the Dasani logo.
A little-known secret is that Dasani's unflavored water contains trace levels of natural fruit taste, making it stand out from other bottled water brands.
