Eat foods rich in polyphenols

Plant substances called polyphenols have many health advantages, such as lowering blood pressure, inflammation, cholesterol levels, and oxidative stress. Red wine polyphenols have comparable results and have even been demonstrated to raise levels of beneficial bacteria in people with metabolic syndrome.
