Eden Mill

Scottish distillery Eden Mill is situated in St Andrews, Fife. It is Scotland's first brewery, whiskey distillery, and gin distillery all in one single location. Since Eden Mill established the distillery in 2012, its gin and whisky have taken home multiple honors.

With an emphasis on gin, Eden Mill started producing in 2014. The Original, the distillery's standout gin, is crafted with 12 botanicals, including juniper, coriander, angelica root, and lemon peel. Other gins manufactured by Eden Mill include the Forager, which uses Scottish botanicals that have been foraged, and the Rosa Rosa, a pink gin prepared with rose petals.

The Eden Mill also makes single malt whisky in addition to gin. In 2018, the distillery debuted its first whisky, and since then, it has released a variety of limited-edition whiskies.

Gins from Eden Mill are offered at various pricing points. While the Forager Gin starts at about £30, the Original Gin starts at about £25. The Rosa Rosa gin costs roughly $35 to start.
