Fila Holdings Corp

Seoul is home to the South Korean athleisure company Fila. Ettore and Giansevero Fila established the business in 1911 in Coggiola, an Italian town close to Biella. The brand was purchased by Fila Korea in 2007, and in September 2010 it made its initial public offering on the Korea Exchange.

Golf equipment manufacturer Acushnet Company is owned by Fila Holdings. Piemonte Co., Ltd., at around 20%, Fila Holdings, at 20%, and South Korea's National Pension Service, at about 13%, are the company's main shareholders. The chairman of Fila Holdings is Gene Yoon (Yoon Yoon-su), who has a 75% share in Piemonte. Yoon Keun-chang serves as the company's CEO.

In the world of fashion, Fila is a well-known lifestyle brand. Athletic shoes, sporting goods, and apparel are all part of its product line. It is related to the sports goods and sportswear sectors. The company partnered with BTS in 2019, becoming one of the iconic sporting brands connected to the well-known band.
